Monitoring Reservations

Monitoring reservations gives you a real-time overview of customer holds across all your stores. Search by customer name, filter by store or status, and go through results to quickly locate any reservation. Click a Reservation ID to get full details—customer info, associate, products, pricing and status—all in one place.

You must have the permission to View Reservations before you could view the reservations on NOM. Talk to your store manager or IT support team for more information.

  1. ClickReservationsto view the reservation information across the stores.

    The following details are available:

    • ID: ID of the reservation

    • Customer: Name of the customer. If the customer’s email is captured at the end of a checkout to email the receipt, but the profile does not have the name and last name, the email address will be shown.

    • Store: Name of the store.

    • Products: Number of the products in the reservation. This number will show the original number of products in the reservation.

      Important

      This column displays the original number of products in the reservation. If items are in a cart(s) or unreserved, this number does not change.

    • Created: The date and time the reservation was created.

    • Expiration: Displays the time remaining until the reservation expires. This column displays Expired when the reservation time has lapsed. This is based on the reservation expiration duration, currently set to a default of 24 hours. The reservation expiration duration is currently not configurable.

    • Status: The status of the reservation; Reserved, Converted, Unreserved.

  2. Search using the Reservations ID. Filter by store or status, and use the pagination to see other results.

  3. Click the Reservations ID, to see the reservation details.

    1. The following details are available:

      • Status: Status of the reservation

      • Customer: The name and last name of the customer.  When clicked on the link, navigates to the Customer page for the store. In case the email address of the customer is captured at the end of a checkout to email the receipt, but the profile does not have the name and last name, the email address will be shown.

      • Store: Name of the store. When clicked on the link, navigates to the Location page for the store.

      • Associate: The associate who placed the reservation.

      • Created: The date and time the reservation was created.

      • Expiration: Displays the time remaining until the reservation expires. This column displays Expired when the reservation time has lapsed. This is based on the reservation expiration duration, currently set to a default of 24 hours.

      • Product-specific information about the reserved products is available.

        • Product: The product name, variants and external IDs are displayed.

        • Status: Status of the product; Reserved, Converted, Unreserved.

        • Order: The OrderID, when the product is converted into a sales order.

        • Price: Sales price of the product. This is the catalog price and automatic promotions are not applied.
