Enhancing the Dodici Associate App for a superior customer experience

Dodici is committed to elevating the customer experience by enhancing Associate App. These improvements aim to streamline operations, provide personalized customer interactions, and optimize service delivery, empowering associates to better serve customers.

Customer profile enhancements

  • Expanded customer overview: The profile screen will now display essential customer details, including

    • Loyalty ID

    • Birth month

    • Employment status

    • Size preferences

    • Favorite color

    • Marketing email opt-in/out preferences

    • Informational notes with a banner

  • Enhanced note-taking: Associates can utilize a free-form text box for notes and view the customer's last appointment date.

  • Extended profile fields: The add/edit customer profile screen will now capture additional fields for birth month, size, marketing preferences, and associate notes.

Product details page (PDP) customizations

  • Integrated service options: A web view will provide access to customer appointments, wish lists, and service items like repairs and alterations from external systems.

  • Personalized product recommendations: Associates can view personalized product suggestions via a dedicated web view on the product details page.

  • Service item capture: Options to record service items, such as repairs and cleaning, directly from the product details page.

  • Comprehensive product information: The product details page will now include additional product data for deeper insights.

Operational enhancements

  • Comprehensive access in the “More” section: A web view will be introduced to access store appointment details, track clock-in/clock-out times, and manage service items through integrations with external systems.

Cart checkout extensions

  • Additional data capture options: The checkout process can be extended to include custom fields, allowing associates to capture additional information relevant to the transaction.

Success criteria

These enhancements will be considered successful if:

  • Associates can efficiently capture and update customer information, with appropriate fields marked as editable or read-only.

  • Externally stored customer data (such as appointments or wish lists) is accessible within the app.

  • Product recommendations and service item management are available via a configurable webview.

  • Additional product information is seamlessly displayed within the NewStore platform.

  • Associates can access data from external systems (appointments, clock-in/clock-out) through an intuitive app interface.

By implementing these enhancements, Dodici empowers its associates with improved capabilities to manage diverse tasks within a single app. This approach not only optimizes workflow efficiency but also enriches customer interactions, resulting in a superior shopping experience.
