Requesting New Access
To enable new users for the Support Portal, please submit a support request through the Portal.
Include the Company Account email address of the team member(s) needing access.
Select the corresponding Product Area request for your Retail Space
For larger teams, we recommend creating a group or distribution email.
This will enhance your ability to manage access seamlessly.
Access management will soon be integrated directly within Jira Service Management for your convenience.
I forgot my password. What do I do?!
If you’ve been away on vacation and can’t find your password for the portal, don’t worry. Just follow the steps below to reset it:
Access the portal from an browser.
Click Forgot password?
Follow the prompts provided in the stated email.
Access the portal!
If you do not recieve the reset email or experience any access issues, please have a colleague contact our support team for further assistance.
