Release v3.55.0

Release date: January 21st, 2026

New features 🎉

Vouchers with PIN

Added support for vouchers that require a PIN code in the checkout flow. Users now have the option to redeem gift cards that require a PIN. When a PIN is required, an input field is automatically displayed. This enabled customers to adopt providers like Fashion Cheque.

Vouchers with PIN can be adopted by customers using the Bridge API integration.

Improvements 💪

Debug analytics events

In Beta apps all events recorded during user interactions can be viewed in the Shopping App on that specific device. This allows teams to track the user journey granularly, build better data funnels, and identify solutions to errors independently.

Accessibility refinements

User experience for users with accessibility needs got even more seamless. Refinements to screen-reader labels and focus areas were made across Home, Filters, Favorites, Brand Stories, Lookbook, and Barcode Scanner, to ensure consistent behaviours and reduce friction.

Additionally, investing in accessibility generates a more reliable platform, since the user interface is simpler to navigate and easier to test programmatically.

Release v3.54.20

Release date: November 12th, 2025

New features 🎉

Enhanced Emarsys Integration

Geofencing

Added support for Geofencing. Geofencing allows brands to create different automations for location-based push notifications. Shopping App integration allows brands to create campaigns that target customers within a specific geofenced area, enabling more personalized and context-aware engagement.

Geofencing enablement requires an app configuration. Contact your Omnichannel Success Manager to get started.

Shake To Feedback

User feedback helps you improve products and uncover new opportunities to deliver more value. That’s why we’ve just introduced the Shake to Feedback feature. Users on the latest Beta version of the app can now simply shake their device to open a feedback form and share their thoughts, ideas, or issues.

Analytics & Event Tracking

Enhanced Home Tiles Tracking

We have deployed extended tracking on Home Tile content to extract more insights about both user interactions and performance of tile content. In addition to current events, new parameters, such as Row titles (non-user facing ID set in Studio), index and position, are now collected.

These new changes will enable you to understand and optimize campaign conversion directly in your business intelligence tool of choice. Data is available in Google Analytics, and/or other tools leveraging the Events API.

Improvements 💪

3rd-party SDK Update

A reliable platform starts with regular updates. A few third-party SDKs the Shopping App leverages have been updated:

  • Usercentrics SDK for user tracking consent, updated to v2.24.0

    • Enables CMP Manual Resurface via the UserCentrics portal.

    • Fixed a startup crash caused by the SDK identified during the initial rollout of 3.53.0.

  • Facebook SDK updated to v18.0.1

Geofencing Reliability

Resolved issues with geofence triggers by fine-tuning initial activation parameters for smoother and more accurate performance.

Consent & Privacy Handling

Streamlined consent logic to reduce errors and ensure a more stable experience when retrieving consent metadata.

Accessibility Enhancements

Added accessibility identifiers to search categories to improve screen-reader support and app test coverage.

This is a floating button that can be dragged up and down, and snapped on the left or right edge. It always remains visible and allows seamless navigation to a defined view or App Extension in the app. The button is configurable by country and language and can be enabled without requiring a new app update.

This feature is in Early Access. Contact your Omnichannel Success Manager to have this enabled.
