**Discounts**

The NewStore Omnichannel Manager export has also been enhanced with the following data for reporting and reconciliation purposes:

- The product price adjustment

see [Monitoring statuses](/v1/docs/monitoring-statuses#hq-managing-orders).

## June 2017

NewStore Omnichannel Cloud +++++++++++++

**Store-specific shipping options**

Retailers can now configure available shipping options per store including:

- shipping options
- associated shipping costs
- estimated delivery times and cut-off hours

All configurations have to be requested in advance and are done by NewStore.

**Hold and review orders instead of auto-canceling them**

When a problem is encountered during order processing (out of stock, failed payment authorization, timeout of an external service), the order is no longer automatically canceled. It is put into a holding state (called `Conflict`).

A notification about the conflicted order is sent to NewStore to fix the order or, if fixing is not possible, cancel it manually.

See [Order status](/v1/docs/monitoring-statuses#order-status).

**Support multiple catalogs for one retailer**

Each retailer can now import several catalogs.

NewStore Associate App +++++++++++

**Return fees**

The app now displays the return fees in the Order Summary view.

This feature currently has the following limitations:

- The return fee is not displayed in the pre-calculation screen for now.

**Package dimension selection during pick & pack step**

Store associates can now select a pre-configured package dimension for each package while fulfilling orders to reduce shipment costs.

NewStore Omnichannel Manager +++++

**PayPal transaction ID**

NewStore Omnichannel Manager now shows the PayPal transaction ID in the payment history section on the order detail page for successful and failed authorizations.

The transaction ID links to the corresponding transaction in PayPal's interface.

**Customer data captured during in-store purchases**

NewStore Omnichannel Manager now displays the contact information captured by the store associate via NewStore Associate App during in-store purchases.

The following data is shown in the Order Detail page:

- Customer email
- Customer first and last name (optional)
- Customer phone number (optional)

### APIs

**Display the return label/form**

The return label and return form can be retrieved with the [List order history method](https://docs.newstore.net/api/integration/catalog-sfcc/consumer-api_api#operation/listOrderHistory)

NewStore Omnichannel Cloud +++++++++++++

**Custom Order Attributes**

Retailers can now populate additional custom attributes during checkout and also retrieve the custom attributes as part of order item information.

For more information, refer to the `api-may-2017`.

**Shops**

Shops allow customers to manage multiple catalogs using the same data set (Category, Products, Language, Price and Currency):

- A retailer can create multiple shops with different data sets to address different channels, brands or countries.
- A shop is created as part of the data import from a traditional e-commerce system.
- Inventory is handled separately from the catalog and shop concept.

**Safety stock for inventory items**

Safety stocks prevent overselling and resulting order cancellations by setting aside a small quantity of each item of a store.

**Zero-value orders**

Orders with a zero cost can now be processed, which includes:

- Enabling the return of a zero-cost item and generating a refund note.

> [!TIP]
> Note
>
> This feature is available for domestic orders only.

app

NewStore Fulfillment App +++++++++++++

**Gift orders**

The app shows:

- which orders must be sent as a gift.
- the potential gift message set by the customer. Printing the gift message is not possible at this time.
- the cost of the gift option in the order and purchase summary.

If an order is split or a re-route occurs, the gift information is retained in all order requests.

**Gift orders**

- Interface:
  - The gift message, if provided by the customer, is displayed on the `Order Detail` page.
  - Gift orders are highlighted on the `Order Summary` page.

- Documents:
  - The cost of the gift option appears on the invoice and commercial invoice.
