# Information Security at NewStore

NewStore aligns with multiple Information Security compliance standards. NewStore’s Security and Privacy team has established these policies and controls, to monitor compliance with these controls, as a means of providing compelling evidence of our security and compliance to third-party auditors.

NewStore Information Security policies are based on the following principles:

### Access Requirements

Access is limited to businesses or individuals that have a genuine or legitimate need, with access granted on the basis of least privilege.

### Security Controls

Security controls are implemented and stacked based on the principle of defense in depth. Security controls are applied consistently, and across all enterprise areas.

### Implementation

Implementation of security control is iterative, maturing continuously and becoming effective, easy to audit, and less ground for friction with time.

## Requesting access to NewStore information security resources

> You need to request access from our Trust Center team to be able to download NewStore information security resources.

To request access to NewStore information security resources:

1. Go to NewStore information security resources page and for the relevant resource, click `Request access`.
2. In the form that opens, enter the following information:
  - `First name`: Your first name.
  - `Last name`: Your last name.
  - `Email`: Your email address.
  - `Company name`: The company you work for, or the company on behalf of whom you need this information.
  - `Reason`: From the drop-down menu, select if you are an existing or prospective customer that warrants providing you with access to the resource.
  - `Access level`: Select one of the following options:
    - `Full access`: Request access to all the resources available on NewStore Trust Center.
    - `Request access to specific resources`: From the drop-down menu, select the specific resources that you need access to.
